Does Bridgey give students the answers?
No. Understanding is the goal.
Bridgey guides thinking by asking questions, offering choices when a student is stuck, and helping them find the path themselves. Finishing an assignment is often a side effect.
Can students use Bridgey independently?
Yes. Bridgey is designed for students to use on their own, though families and teachers may choose to explore it together at first.
Does Bridgey encourage independent learning?
Yes. Bridgey asks questions and gradually encourages students to think more independently over time.
What subjects does Bridgey help with?
Bridgey can help with math, reading, writing, science, study skills—and those moments when a student doesn’t even know where to begin.
What ages is Bridgey for?
Bridgey is currently designed for middle and high school students (roughly ages 11–18).
We may expand that over time as we learn.
Does Bridgey replace teachers?
No. Teachers matter. Bridgey is for the moments between classes—when homework gets frustrating and another calm explanation can make all the difference.
Is Bridgey powered by AI?
Yes. Bridgey uses AI to understand questions and respond thoughtfully.
What matters more is how it teaches—with patience, thoughtful questions, and guidance that helps students discover answers for themselves.
Can Bridgey be wrong?
Yes. Like any AI system, Bridgey can make mistakes. That’s why it’s designed to explain its thinking, encourage questions, and support—not replace—a student’s own thinking.
How much does it cost?
We’re not charging during the early beta. If that changes in the future, we’ll be transparent well in advance.
When is it available?
We’re beginning with a small group of early users. If you sign up for early access, we’ll reach out as spots become available.
